Lace & Legacy is offered in two thoughtfully designed cohorts to meet girls at different stages of their growth and development.
Each experience blends modern etiquette, communication, and confidence building with real life application and a signature tea ceremony to celebrate who they are becoming.
FALL COHORT (Ages 13-18)
Designed for teen girls stepping into leadership, identity, and independence.
This cohort focuses on helping young women refine how they show up in conversations, social settings, and leadership spaces. It is about confidence that feels natural, not forced, and learning how to carry yourself with intention.

Week 1: Presence & First Impressions
Understanding how you show up, body language, and a power of confidence without saying a word
Week 2: Communication & Voice
How to speak with clarity, listen with intention, and engage in meaningful conversations
Week 3: Social Awareness & Etiquette
Navigating real life situations with respect, Awareness, and emotional intelligence
Week 4: Dining Etiquette & Connection
Learning table etiquette in a real setting while practicing conversation and presence
Week 5: Legacy Tea Ceremony
A refined celebration experience recognizing growth, confidence, and personal development
SPRING COHORT (Ages 8-12)
Designed for younger girls building confidence, social awareness, and self expression.
This cohort creates a foundation in confidence and character through interactive, engaging experiences that feel natural and fun while still being intentional.
