Our approach to volunteering

We are intentional about the environments we create, which means we are also intentional about the people who help lead them.

All volunteers go through a simple onboarding process to ensure that every girl experiences a space that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with our values.

This may include:

  • a short interest form

  • a brief conversation or screening

  • basic expectations and program overview

  • (when applicable) background checks for mentorship roles
